Kyle Adams, PT, DPT, DSc, OCS, FAAOMPT

Dr. Kyle Adams, PT, DPT, DSc, OCS, FAAOMPT Dr. Adams is a Therapeutic Pain Specialist with 25 years of clinical experience in outpatient orthopaedics. He has served as a Clinical Associate Professor in the Baylor University Doctor of Physical Therapy program since 2017, where he teaches orthopaedic examination, manual therapy, and pain neuroscience education. Dr. Adams integrates extensive clinical expertise with advanced OMPT training to enhance entry-level and post-professional physical therapist education and to promote high-quality, evidence-informed care for individuals with musculoskeletal conditions.


Tobi Baldwin, PT, DPT, EdD, FAAOMPT

Dr. Tobi Baldwin has over 20 years of experience in physical therapy education as a professor and administrator. Currently, she is an associate professor and program director ine the developing DPT program at South College - Pittsburgh. She has presented nationally and published on the topics of clinical reasoning, curriculum development, and formative assessment. Dr. Baldwin received her physical therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. She also holds a master’s degree in exercise science from California University of Pennsylvania and a doctorate in education from Walden University. Dr. Baldwin is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy.


Cody Ballay, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT

Cody Ballay PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT is a physical therapist at Duke Health and co-coordinator for Duke’s Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy Fellowship. Cody practices at the Duke Health Cary Sports clinic and sees a variety of conservative and postoperative orthopedic and sports conditions. He completed DPT and residency training in orthopedics at The Ohio State University, graduating in 2021 and 2022, respectively, prior to completing Duke’s Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy Fellowship in 2024. He is also a teaching assistant in Duke University’s DPT program and has clinical interests in treatment of spine conditions and postoperative shoulder and knee rehabilitation.


Laura Baum, PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT

Lara Baum is an affiliate faculty member for the University of Colorado Physical Therapy Program. She assists in multiple courses, including the Musculoskeletal track and Advanced Manual Therapy, and is course coordinator for Examination and Evaluation. She is a clinical faculty member for the CU Sports Medicine and Performance Center Orthopaedic Residency Program. Dr. Baum is a Fellow and is a Board-Certified Specialist in Orthopaedics. She practices full-time at CU Sports Medicine and Performance Center in Boulder, Colorado. Dr. Baum has lectured locally, regionally, and nationally, and especially enjoys educating conference attendees in advanced Clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills.


Rachel Bergen, PT, DPT

Rachel Bergen PT, DPT earned her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from California Polytechnic State University and her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Creighton University in Omaha. During her time at Creighton, she worked with sports teams on return-to-sport training and research testing. She completed an Orthopedic Residency at Northwestern University and is currently pursuing a Fellowship in Orthopedic Manual Therapy. Dr. Bergen has presented previous Platforms at CSM, reflecting her commitment to evidence-based care. Her current orthopedic work focuses on advance orthopedics and chronic pain. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and helping them reach their highest potential.


Todd Bourgeois, PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT, PhD

Dr. Bourgeois brings over 20 years of clinical experience and more than 15 years in professional education. His work integrates orthopedic manual therapy, health psychology, and performance-based rehabilitation to help clinicians develop practical, adaptable treatment strategies. As an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists, his teaching emphasizes clinical reasoning, hands-on skill development, and applying evidence within real-world patient care.


Caitlyn Boyko, PT, DPT, OCS, MTC, FAAOMPT

Caitlin Boyko is an orthopedic physical therapist and educator. She is the Director of Clinical Education at Kean University’s Department of Physical Therapy. Her research is centered around integrating technology into clinical education and evidence-based orthopedic practice. A Rutgers DPT graduate, she completed Regis University’s OMPT Fellowship in 2024, and actively practices in New Jersey. Most recently, she was elected to the AAOMPT’s Academic and Clinical Faculty SIG’s nominating committee, and serves as co-chair of the PR committee for the NY/NJ Clinical Education Consortium.


Jonathan Bray, PT, DPT, EdD, MS, FAAOMPT

Jonathan received his Master of Physical Therapy degree from Quinnipiac University and his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Utica College. He has completed his Fellowship in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy with MTI and is recognized as a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists. Jonathan completed his Doctorate in Education with a concentration in organizational leadership from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. Jonathan is the Associate Program Director and an Assistant Professor in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences Miami campus.


Christina Cuka, PT, DPT, DSc, OCS, FAAOMPT

Christina Cuka PT, DPT, DSc, is an assistant professor and core faculty member in the DPT program at Hawai’i Pacific University. She teaches Human Anatomy and Musculoskeletal. During her 20+ years of practice, Dr. Cuka worked in the outpatient orthopedic setting, treating musculoskeletal disorders. She is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy, and a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She is certified in manual therapy, trigger point dry needling, and scoliosis. Dr. Cuka has presented at state and national conferences on teaching and learning, the cervical spine, and scoliosis.


Brianna DeBiasi, OCS, FAAOMPT

Brianna DeBiasi, PT, DPT, is a Board-certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist and Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Physical Therapists based in Chicago, Illinois. She serves as a staff physical therapist with Northwestern Medicine. Dr. DeBiasi completed her Fellowship training at Northwestern University after earning her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She is an active educator, presenter in both Northwestern University’s Orthopedic Residency and Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy Fellowship. Her clinical and academic work focuses on advanced orthopaedic care, complex patient presentations with a focus in persistent pain, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome and dysautonomia.


Thomas Denninger, PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT

Tom serves as Vice President of Clinical Development at ATI where he oversees ATI’s post-professional education programs, research initiatives, and clinical development throughout the organization. He is the Executive Director of the Institute for Musculoskeletal Advancement (iMSKA) a research not for profit.


Brent Denny, PT, ScD, FAAOMPT

Brent earned his entry level Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Texas Tech Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) in 2011. His practiced outpatient orthopedics in the Texas hill country from (2011-2021), New Hampshire (2022), and Alaska (2022). He certified in orthopedic manual therapy through the International Academy of Orthopaedic Medicine (IAOM-US) in upper spine (2014), lower spine (2015), lower extremity (2017), and upper extremity (2020). He completed his fellowship in manual in 2021. He achieved his terminal Doctor of Science (ScD) in Physical Therapy in 2018 through TTUHSC. He joined the University of St. Augustine as core faculty in 2022.


Michelle Dolphin, PT, DPT, MS, OCS, FAAOMPT

Dr. Michelle Dolphin, PT, DPT, MS, OCS, FAAOMPT Dr. Dolphin is Associate Director and Professor in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at SUNY Upstate Medical University. Dr. Dolphin’s teaching, clinical practice, and scholarship emphasize clinical reasoning, dancer health, and manual therapy. Dr. Dolphin leads a college- wide faculty mentoring program in her role as Assistant Dean. Her current scholarship focuses on development and refinement of a formative assessment tool for manual therapy education and physical therapy best practices for persistent pain.


Megan Donaldson, PT, PhD, FAAOMPT

Dr. Megan Donaldson, PT, PhD, FAAOMPT, is an accomplished academic leader, clinician, and researcher with 24+ years of experience. She serves as Chair of Rehabilitation Sciences and Director of the DPT Division at the Medical University of South Carolina. A founding DPT Program Director at Tufts University, she has launched multiple hybrid DPT and OTD programs and led accreditation, innovation, and multimillion-dollar operations. Nationally, she is President of AAOMPT, representing the U.S. internationally. Her scholarship spans musculoskeletal care and education, with extensive publications and global presentations, alongside a sustained commitment to improving access to care.


Alisa Drapeaux, PhD, DPT, ATC

Alisa Drapeaux PhD, ATC, LAT is an Associate Professor of the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program at Des Moines University, where she primarily teaches within the orthopedic curriculum and diagnostic imaging. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science, Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from University of Iowa and conferred her PhD in Education from Drake University. Dr. Drapeaux has 21 years of experience as an orthopedic physical therapist with treating a variety of ages and pathological conditions, in addition to managing several outpatient orthopedic practices. Within her 20 years of practice, Dr. Drapeaux served in the capacity as clinic director and multi-site manager, which involved the management of employees, marketing strategist, and managing the clinic(s) operating expenses and revenue. Dr. Drapeaux’s research has focused on patient reported outcomes, emergency medicine, and hip-spine mechanics. As a primary investigator of several published and ongoing, longitudinal studies, she has an active role in providing evidence on the outcomes of patient experience and treatment options for hip-spine pathology. Dr. Drapeaux is still involved in patient care with a strong manual therapy treatment approach at an orthopedic clinic. Post-graduate training (continuing education) has focused on manual therapy, hip pathology, and diagnostic imaging.


Ashley Duer, PT, DPT, SCS, FAAOMPT

Ashley is a graduate of Indiana University with a degree in Kinesiology and a double minor in Psychology and Medical Sciences (2019). She then went on to receive her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science (2022). She is a Sports Certified Specialist and completed the Advanced Orthopaedic Physical Therapy Practice, Research, and Education fellowship at Northwestern University in 2025. She is a retired volleyball player, but enjoy spending her free time outside hiking with her dog, exploring new countries, and finding any way possible to spend more time with family and friends.


Justin Dunaway, PT, DPT

Justin Dunaway, PT, DPT, is an Assistant Professor in the South College School of Physical Therapy. A graduate of Youngstown State University (2010), he specializes in spine pain, headaches, and persistent pain management. He teaches postgraduate courses in spinal manipulation and persistent pain for the Institute of Clinical Excellence. Dr. Dunaway is co-founder and president of STAND: The Haiti Project and received the APTA Humanitarian Award in 2020 for advancing sustainable rehabilitative care in Haiti.


Lt Col Kyle East, PT, DPT, DSc, OCS, SCS, FAAOMPT

Lt Col East is currently the Flight Commander of Operating Location-Foxtrot (OL-F) at the United States Air Force Academy, Special Warfare Human Performance Squadron and faculty at the USAF Physical Therapy Operational Readiness Fellowship. Lt Col East directs three full-time faculty members and two enlisted members; in addition he coordinates with five adjunct faculty members. His current role provides advanced education and training to Air Force Active-Duty Physical Therapist in preparation for embedded assignments within tactical operational units across the Air Force. Lt Col East also serves as the Special Warfare Functional Advisor to the Physical Therapy career field.


Kim Ennis, PT, ScD, OCS, FAAOMPT

Kim Ennis, PT, DPT, ScD, OCS, FAAOMPT, is an orthopedic physical therapist and Assistant Professor in the Physical Therapy Program at Missouri State University. She has over 13 years of clinical experience specializing in orthopedic and spinal conditions. She earned her Doctor of Science in Rehabilitation Sciences from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and became a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists in 2022. Dr. Ennis teaches orthopedic and advanced manual therapy coursework and serves as faculty for the International Academy of Orthopedic Medicine. She is actively involved in clinical research and postgraduate manual therapy education.


Stacy Fancher, PT, MS, FAAOMPT

Stacy graduated from Texas A&M University with a BS in Kinesiology before earning her MS in physical therapy from Southwest Texas State University in 1999. She completed her fellowship training through The Manual Therapy Institute in 2002. In 2003 she became a primary faculty member with The Manual Therapy Institute and continues in that role today. She served on faculty at Texas State University on the orthopedic team from 2004-2006, 2006-2008, and as a guest lecturer until 2014. She has worked in various orthopedic physical therapy clinics, as well as in home health, for the past 26 years and is currently working at Goodall Witcher Hospital in outpatient orthopedics. Her passion lies in practicing in the rural setting where she is most at home having been raised on a working cattle ranch and horse training operation in Texas.


Kyle Feldman, PT DPT OCS CSCS FAAOMPT

Dr Kyle Feldman is the National Director of ReEnvision Physical Therapy which as a company focused on improving the access and quality of physical therapy care. He also owns education and consulting company, WE ARE Physiotherapy. He teaches at his alma mater, Shenandoah University, faculty in the VOMPTI Orthopedic Residency program, injury prevention specialist with O2X, and mentors physical therapy students, residents, and fellows. He enjoys treating challenging patients with a focus on chronic pain, athletes, headaches, and spine pain. He has mentored and taught therapists all over the world including Kenya, Ghana, Nicaragua, Ecuador, and Haiti. He completed his orthopedic residency with UVA/Virginia Orthopedic Manual Therapy- VOMPTI (OCS) in 2015, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) in 2016, and completed his Fellowship in Orthopedic Manual Therapy (FAAOMPT) with UIC in 2017.


Joanna Fisher, PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT

Joanna Fisher graduated from University of Connecticut with her doctorate of physical therapy in 2016. She achieved her OSC in 2019 and completed her manual therapy fellowship through the Manual Therapy Institute in 2020. She has advanced training in pelvic floor rehabilitation through Herman and Wallace, including pelvic floor dry needling. She opened her own physical therapy practice in 2023 where she treats everything from concussion to pelvic floor dysfunction. She enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 year old son, as well as horseback riding and reality tv.


Diana Garrett, PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT, CLT, CSCS

Diana earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Southern California and furthered her expertise through obtaining her Board-Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist certification in lymphedema management. Diana was recognized as a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy in 2023. Currently, at Providence Saint John's Health Center Diana specializes in oncology rehabilitation and orthopedics and leads a physical therapy team to provide integrative services for women across the healthcare continuum, including pregnancy and post-partum, pelvic floor therapy, osteoporosis, and cancer survivorship.


Amanda Grant, PT, DPT, OCS, MTC, CLT, FAAOMPT, Cert. DN

Dr. Amanda Grant has practiced clinically in the outpatient orthopedic setting for the past 19 years specializing in orthopaedics and oncology. She has presented nationally on the topics of problem solving and critical thinking as it relates kinetic chain dysfunctions as well as differential diagnosis and clinical management of lymphedema. Dr. Grant earned her degree in physical therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences and is an Orthopaedic Certified Specialist as well as a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy.


David Griswold, PT, DPT, PhD, OCS

David Griswold, PT, DPT, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Physical Therapy at MUSC who is known for clinical expertise in orthopedic manual therapy and integrative dry needling. He earned his DPT from Youngstown State University and his PhD in Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Griswold holds multiple nationally recognized manual therapy certifications and has over 15 years of teaching and clinical experience. His research focuses on neurophysiological mechanisms and outcomes of manual therapy and dry needling, with more than 20 peer-reviewed publications and national presentations. He is a senior instructor in dry needling education and contributes to national competency standards.


Josh Halfpap, PT, DPT, DSc, OCS, FAAOMPT

Josh Halfpap is an Assistant Clinical Professor, and Director of Clinical Education in the Bowling Green State University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy Program. He received both his Doctor of Physical Therapy and Doctor of Science in Orthopedic and Manual Physical Therapy degrees from the U.S. Army-Baylor University Graduate Program. He is an ABPTS Board-Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist and a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopedic and Manual Physical Therapists. His research interests include orthopedics, direct access, manual therapies, clinical reasoning, and clinical education. 


John Heick, PT, PhD

John Heick is a tenured Professor at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona. Dr. Heick received his Ph.D. in 2015 from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in Orthopaedic and Sports Science. John is board-certified by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties in orthopaedics, neurology, and sports. John was awarded the James A. Gould Excellence in Teaching Orthopaedics Physical Therapy Award by the Academy of Orthopaedics in 2021, the Lucy Blair Service Award by the APTA in 2021, and the Dorothy Baethke-Eleanor Carlin Excellence in Academic Teaching award by the APTA in 2023.


Richard Hills, D.C., P.T., FAAOMPT

Dr. Hills started his career in 1980 as an Athletic Trainer in Sacramento California, and has 3 years of training and experience with athletic injury treatment and managment prior to acceptance to Physical Therapy school at California State University, Fresno where he graduated Summa Cum Laude in 1985. Following Physical Therapy School, he attended PNF residency training at the world renown Kaiser Foundation Rehabilitation Center (KFRC) and was invited to join the Physical Therapy clinical and residency teaching staff at KFRC. After 1 year on staff, Dr. Hills applied to the Folsom Physical Therapy long term Orthopedic Manual Therapy training program and was accepted, whereby he completed 2 years of training which lead to Fellowship status with the AAOMPT. After 5 years of practice as a Physical Therapist, Dr. Hills applied to and attended Chiropractic School at Northwestern Health Science University (NWHSU) in Minneapolis Minnesota, graduating Summa Cum Laude in 1993. Following graduation, he returning to California and opened a private practice and also was added to the staff at Folsom Physical Therapy. An offer then came from NWHSU to return to Minneapolis and direct the University based Rehabilitation Clinic, which he accepted. Dr. Hills was a member of the clinical educational staff for the highly successful "Rehab Center" for 8 years at HWHSU prior to returning to private practice in 2004 in Minneapolis. He has been in private practice since then and now currently Founder and President of the Institute for Orthopedics & Chiropractic which currently has on staff 5 Physical Therapy providers, 5 Chiropractic providers and also offers Massage therapy, Functional Medicine, and Fitness Training. Dr. Hills enjoys training and running Marathons, biking, fitness and spending time with his wife Sophia supporting her in Ironman Triathlon training and competition.


Tarang Jain, PT, DPT, PhD, CKTP, CEEAA

Tarang K. Jain, PT, DPT, PhD, is an Associate Professor and Department Chair of Physical Therapy and Athletic Training at Idaho State University, where he also serves as Program Director of the Doctor of Physical Therapy program. His work focuses on advanced clinical reasoning, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, and responsible integration of emerging technologies into physical therapy practice. Dr. Jain is actively involved in leadership within physical therapy education and research and mentors clinicians and students in scholarly development, innovation, and evidence informed practice.


Gary Kearns, PT, DSc, OCS, COMT, FAAOMPT

Gary is a 2002 graduate from the Texas Tech University Health SciencesCenter (TTUHSC) where he earned his Masters in Physical Therapy. He began hismanual therapy training with the North American Institute for Orthopaedic ManualTherapy (NAIOMT) in 2005, becoming a Certified Orthopaedic ManipulativeTherapists (COMT) in 2010. Graduating from the NAIOMT Fellowship Program, hewas recognized as a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopaedic ManualPhysical Therapists (FAAOMPT) in 2010. Additionally, he is a Board CertifiedOrthopaedic Specialist (OCS). He graduated with his Doctor of Science (ScD) inPhysical Therapy through TTUHSC in 2015 and is currently an Assistant Professor inthe Doctor of Physical Therapy Program at TTUHSC where he teaches Musculoskeletal PT Practice, History & Systems Screening and Differential Diagnosis.Additionally he is the faculty liaison for the Student Orthopaedic Manual PhysicalTherapy Association (SOMPTA), the AAOMPT Local sSIG. His research interestsrevolve around accuracy and safety of dry needling, clinical reasoning and manual therapy mechanism.


David Kempfert, PT, DPT, PhD, OCS, SCS, FAAOMPT

David J. Kempfert is a physical therapist specializing in orthopaedics, sports, and manual rehabilitation, with an emphasis on lower extremity mechanics, particularly the foot/ankle’s role in the kinetic chain. Fellowship-trained through AAOMPT and board-certified in orthopaedics and sports, he has contributed to committees within APTA, AOPT, and AAOMPT. David earned his PhD in 2022, with a research agenda focused on adaptive/maladaptive changes in soft tissue following injury/rehabilitation. His extensive clinical experience spans all levels, from youth to professional athletes. He has presented at national and international conferences and is committed to advancing evidence-based rehabilitation through clinical practice and research.


Damian Keter, PT, DPT, PhD, OCS

Damian Keter, PT, DPT, PhD, OCS, is a clinician-scientist at the Cleveland VA Medical Center specializing in orthopaedic and pain-focused rehabilitation. Board-certified in orthopaedics, he integrates manual therapy, dry needling, and pain science into veteran-centered care. His PhD research examined person-centered manual therapy and pain phenotyping to better individualize treatment. Dr. Keter has authored more than 15 peer-reviewed publications and presents nationally on manual therapy mechanisms and chronic pain. He also serves as faculty and mentor within the VA Orthopaedic Residency program, advancing clinical education and research translation in rehabilitation practice.


Pam Kikillus

Pam Kikillus is an orthopedic manual physical therapist. She practices PT for Olympic Sports and Spine in the Seattle/Tacoma area. In addition to clinical practice, she teaches at Green River College and the University of Puget Sound. She is a faculty member with Aspire OMT, teaching continuing education and manual therapy certification courses. She earned her Doctorate of Science degree from the University of Indianapolis. She is board-certified in orthopedic physical therapy, is a certified hand therapist, and is a fellow of AAOMT. She currently sits as the ABPTS Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist board member.


Wil Kolb, PT, DPT, DHSc, OCS, FAAOMPT

Dr. Wil Kolb, PT, DPT, DHSc, OCS, FAAOMPT Dr. Kolb is an Associate Professor in the Radford University Doctor of Physical Therapy Program. He brings over twenty-five years of clinical practice and more than a decade of teaching experience. He has served AAOMPT as past president of the ACF-SIG and currently contributes to the CBE Taskforce. Dr. Kolb recently completed his DHSc with a focus on developing assessment criteria for thrust joint manipulation. His grant-funded research centers on assessment development for teaching psychomotor skills and clinical reasoning for patients with persistent pain.


Caitlin Kothe, PT, DPT, MS, OCS

Caitlin Kothe, PT, DPT, OCS, earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Washington University in St. Louis, where she trained in the Movement System Impairment approach. Dr. Kothe practices at Tennessee Sports Medicine Group with emphasis on chronic pain management and performing artists. She became board-certified in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy in 2022 and serves as Director of Student Affairs and Assistant Professor at South College in Knoxville, TN.


Pieter Kroon, PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT

Pieter graduated from the Haagsche Academie voor Fysiotherapie in the Hague, the Netherlands, in 1986. He completed his manual therapy fellowship training at Gulf Coast Graduate Physical Therapy Institute in 1992. He is Board Certified in Orthopedic Physical Therapy. He started the Manual Therapy Institute in 1998, together with Tim Kruchowsky, where he functions as senior faculty and Program Director. He is a co-owner of Mondo Sports Therapy in Austin, TX.


Elizabeth Lane, PT, DPT, PhD, OCS, FAAOMPT, CF-L2

Dr. Elizabeth Lane has practiced outpatient orthopedics since 2009 and taught post-professional continuing education since 2013. She earned her DPT at the Medical College of Georgia, completed an orthopaedic residency, is OCS, and is a Fellow of AAOMPT (FAAOMPT). She completed her PhD at the University of Utah in 2020 under Julie Fritz, PT, PhD, FAPTA, focused on pain neuroscience education in chronic spinal pain. Dr MacDonald is an Associate Professor at Regis University, Chair of the Department of Post-Professional Studies overseeing the Residency and Fellowships in Orthopaedics and Manual Therapy, having trained over 50 residents and 250 fellows-in-training to date. Dr Macdonald is the immediate Past President of the Program Directors SIG for AAOMPT, the current Chair of the Council Advisory Committee for ACOMPTE and served for 16 years in the APTA House of Delegates, including serving as Chief Delegate and being President of the Colorado Chapter of the APTA for 6 years. He has published over 25 papers and presented over 100 posters/platforms/papers including multiple international presentations. He has 30+ years clinical practice experience and has served on multiple national boards and councils to support physical therapist practice. Dr MacDonald is a Fellow of AAOMPT, and a board-certified clinician under ABPTS in Orthopaedics and Geriatrics. He originally trained as a physiotherapist in Australia and completed Doctoral studies in the USA. He obtained a PhD at the University of Newcastle, Australia, focused on the historical development of manual therapy across professions, with multiple disseminated papers. Dr. McBride is a Clinical Assistant Professor and Coordinator of Student Affairs in the Hybrid DPT Program at the Medical University of South Carolina. Lt Col Brandon Morgan, PT, DPT, DSc, OCS, FAAOMPT

Lt Col Morgan is the Program Director, USAF Physical Therapy Operational Readiness Fellowship, United States Air Force Academy, Colorado. Lt Col Morgan leads ten full-time and adjunct faculty members, providing advanced education and training to USAF Active-Duty Physical Therapists in preparation for embedded assignments within operational units across the Air Force. The Fellowship graduates three to six personnel annually and has placed 21 graduates into SW positions. Emilio “Louie” Puentedura, PT, DPT, PhD, is a Professor in the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program at Baylor University. He completed his entry-level physical therapy training in 1980 and a Graduate Diploma in Manipulative Therapy in 1983 in Melbourne, Australia, followed by a post-professional DPT at Northern Arizona University and a PhD from Nova Southeastern University. After 27 years in spine care practice in Australia and Arizona, and 10 years on faculty at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, he joined Baylor as a full professor. Dr. Puentedura has published over 100 scientific papers and is a two-time recipient of the Rose Excellence in Research Award from the APTA Academy of Orthopaedic Physical Therapy, as well as the John Medeiros Award from the Journal of Manual and Manipulative Therapy.

Andréas Remis is a board-certified Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapist within the Duke University Health System. Bre Reynolds completed entry-level education at Bradley University (2001) followed by orthopaedic manual therapy residency and fellowship through the Ola Grimsby Institute (2005). She earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Physical Therapy (2018) with Nova Southeastern University. Dr Reynolds began teaching in entry-level DPT education in 2014 primarily in the areas of orthopaedic physical therapy, applied exercise and evidence-based practice. Michael D. Ross, PT, DHSc, is Professor and Chair of Physical Therapy at Daemen University. He is a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and Fellow of AAOMPT. He served 20 years in the U.S. Air Force as a direct access provider with imaging and referral privileges. Dr. Ross earned his BS from Daemen University and his DHSc from the University of Indianapolis and completed a fellowship at Kaiser Permanente. Adam Rufa, PT, DPT, PhD, OCS

Dr. Adam Rufa, PT, DPT, PhD, OCS Dr. Rufa is Chair and Associate Professor in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at SUNY Upstate Medical University. He has over two decades of clinical and academic experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation. His clinical practice focuses on the management of persistent and complex pain conditions using psychologically informed and evidence-based approaches. Laura Wenger is a dedicated educator and researcher in the field of Physical Therapy. Wenger has taught in entry-level Doctor of Physical Therapy programs since 2020, focusing on hybrid education.
